* Bookkeeper
To handle the day to day transaction entry from payroll preparation, entering vendor invoices, paying bills, invoicing
customers, making collection calls, and recording bank deposits. Our clients deal directly with their bookkeepers
on a daily basis as if they were in their office with them.
* Accountant
Each client is also assigned an account manager who works with the bookkeeper on a daily basis to be sure that accounts
are properly posted. On a monthly basis, the accountant reconciles all balance sheet accounts and analyzes
income statement accounts for the preparation of meaningful financial statements. The accountant then reviews
the financial statements directly with the client on a monthly basis.
* Controller
A CPA controller is assigned to each account to design and implement accounting systems and procedures to
efficiently record operating transactions for the purpose of providing the most meaningful financial information
for the owner to manage their business.
